Terms of Group Reservations
Function Times
The clients acknowledge that Ocean Restaurant Liquor Licence requires that ends at midnight and the service of alcohol will conclude at 11.30pm Night time functions are a maximum of 4.5 hours Day time functions may start any time after 11.30 Am and must conclude by 4.00pm
Booking Comfirmation and Deposits
A deposit of $10.00 per guest is required to secure any reservations of ten guests or more.
Functions requiring sole use of the Dinning Room require a deposit of 50% to hod that service period
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions.
Final numbers and times must be confirmed no later than 48 hours in advance. Any changes to times or final numbers in the 48 hours period may result in service an food charge depending on the circumstances.
Organisers wiil incurr a cancellation fee of $10.00 per guest for any group reservations cancelled two weeks prior to the reservation date and the full deposit if cancelled within one week period prior to the reservation date.
Organisers are financially responsible for any damages or loss sustained to Ocean Restaurant during the course of the function.
